How to set up Office365 email on an iPhone or iPad

1. If this is the first email account on your iPhone, tap Mail. Otherwise, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account.
2. Tap Exchange.
3. Type the information requested in the Email, Password, and Description boxes. Type your full email address (for example, tony@contoso.com) in the Email box.
4. Tap Next on the upper-right corner of the screen.
5. Choose the type of information you want to synchronise between your account and your device, and then touch Save.

Step 1 – Tap ‘Settings’ then ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ then ‘Add Account’

Step 2 – Tap ‘Exchange’

 

Step 3 – Enter your Email Address, Password, Description

 

Step 4 – Tap ‘Next’ in top right corner

 

Step 5 – Select the data you want to sync, then tap ‘save’
