Step 1 – Tap ‘Settings’ then ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’ then ‘Add Account’.

Step 2 – Tap ‘Other’ at the bottom of the list.

Step 3 – Tap ‘Add Mail Account’.

Step 4 – Enter the name of the other user’s mailbox(Info Email or whichever name you would like to call it), the email address of the other users mailbox(info@example.com), your email password, a description for the account & then tap ‘next’.

Step 5 – Tap ‘IMAP4’ at the top of the new account screen. Enter the incoming mail server host name as your exchange server. For example, remote.example.com for an SBS server.
Enter the username as yourusername@example.local\info@example.local
Enter the outgoing mail server host name as your exchange server. For example, remote.example.com for an SBS server.

Tap Next.

Step 6 – Once ‘Verifying’ has finished you may get an error.
Tap ‘OK’
Tap ‘Save’ again in the top right corner & then at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7 – Tap the account you have setup, scroll down & tap ‘Advanced’.

Step 8 – Change the ‘Server Port’ to 993, enable ‘Use SSL’ then tap ‘back’, then ‘done’.
