Step One:

To request remote support, click on either the Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac link below. When prompted, select run and then select yes to any security notifications. For Apple Mac, you may need to navigate to your downloads and double click 'LeadTec-remote-for-mac' to run it.

Step Two:

Please let the support agent know your Session Code once the remote agent software has loaded. An example of the session code is shown here:

Step Three:

Lastly if asked, confirm that your technican can take control, you will need to click the 'Allow' button. Your support agent will be able to view your screen and share mouse controls with you. From here we will be able to assist you in resolving your IT problem.
