Step One
To request remote support, click on either the Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac link below. When prompted, select run and then select yes to any security notifications. For Apple Mac, you may need to navigate to your downloads and double click 'Leadtec-remote-for-mac' to run it.

Please let the support agent know your Session Code once the remote agent software has loaded. An example of the session code is shown here:

Lastly if asked, confirm that your technician can take control, you will need to click the 'Allow' button. Your support agent will be able to view your screen and share mouse controls with you. From here we will be able to assist you in resolving your IT problem.

Our host agent is available to download from the link below. Once downloaded you will need to get in contact with our support team to go through each step to configure the host agent onto your device correctly. Once the host agent is downloaded our technicians can access your devices when required without the need to re-enter a new session code or go through the manual steps.
