We have worked with various IT companies over recent years and have found most to be rather problematic, causing delays to our day-to-day business functions.
We moved all our IT/ Data support services to Leadtec in December 2015. We are delighted with the improvement in service that we now receive. You always know when your IT systems are functioning well as you do not need to ring them, this has most certainly been our case. When we do have any technical queries, they are always resolved over the phone promptly. The overall operating performance of our servers and online network processes is far simpler/ smoother than it ever was previously and has made all our staff much more efficient as they can now concentrate on their own work tasks in hand rather than being preoccupied with daily IT issues.
We have gone through lots of changes internally over the last 6 months including moving offices and we have also introduced lots of new systems including VOIP phone services. Leadtec were more than happy to assist with setting this up and other than a few minor teething problems all is functioning extremely well.
Another bonus is that they are very cost effective.
